USS KUMARI NCC-80117

Welcome to the USS Kumari

Former Bravofleet member Task Force 93 Simulation of The Month

Jun 2017, Oct 2017, Feb 2018 and Oct 2018

It’s been six months since the USS Kumari fought the Romulans and rescued Captain Colburn from a Romulan prison. However, the crew were lucky to get out of Romulan space alive and the Luna Class vessel was heavily damaged.

With the ship dry docked for extensive repairs the Kumari crew dispersed. Some moved to different assignments, others took a well earned break. Captain Colburn spent the time healing both physically and mentally after his brutal treatment at the hands of the Tal Shiar.

Now, Captain Jack Colburn has been given a clean bill of health and put back on the active duty list. His new assignment is to continue working with the Klingon empire against the Sovereignty of Kahless (SoK), who still pose a great threat against the Empire as well the Federation. With his old ship still years away from being back in service, Starfleet decided to make a bold statement and give Colburn the newest ship of the line, an Odyssey Class vessel, with special dispensation to name her USS Kumari.

With extra resources at his disposal, Captain Colburn and the crew of the USS Kumari can make a stand against the Sovereignty of Kahless and help Chancellor Martok make the Empire whole once again.

Available Positions:

Starfleet:
Chief Helmsman
Chief Strategic Operations Officer
Chief Science Officer
Chief Diplomatic Officer
Starfighter Wing Commanding Officer

Starfleet Academy:

Cadet

Civilian:

The Kumari is looking for dedicated writers who want to be part of something which is a little bit different to the usual Star Trek simulation. If you feel you have what it takes then please join the fun!

Welcome to August’s Refresh.

I hope everyone had a good summer! I know things have been slow over the past few weeks but sims do slow down around this time of year with holidays, working and getting ready for the next academic year!

I’m hopeful things will pick up over the coming weeks and we can get into the meat of the mission!

Crew

We sadly said goodbye to Lieutenant Devereaux’s writer Pat, he wanted to concentrate on his own sims. We wish well for the future, he is welcome to come back if things ever change.

We also lost Ensign Logan due to inactivity and no communication.

Lt.Commander Ryler is on a semi-LOA.

Sim

I realise Kumari has really slowed down over the past few weeks. I realise the big JP was hard work but I’d like to thank you all for all of your efforts in making this a great end to this mission! I can’t tell you how proud I am of all you with adding your own parts and making it fun! Once these final two posts are done and maybe a couple of posts we’ll move into shore leave before we move into our next mission which will be a Mirror Universe based mission.

We’ve done 7 posts this month! Great work everyone!

Mission

Kumari and her task force continue to attack the Mo’Kai shipyard.

Commander Crowe and her team must find a way off the shipyard before it is destroyed.

Well done, everyone!!
